Our Company also specializes in
the preparation of narrative appraisals on commercial, industrial
and personal properties, including, but not limited to, manufactures,
restaurants, offices, hospitals, dealerships, wholesale and
retail establishments, plenary retail consumption licenses,
vehicles, antiques, collectible and memorabilia. Our detailed
evaluation reports are prepared for all purposes including mortgage
financing, bankruptcies, condemnations and legal proceedings.
Services include court testimony and appearances before other
governmental agencies and public forums, if necessary.
Mr. Bottone is involved in ongoing
studies in the theory and methodology of valuation. In
1987, he was the recipient of the William R. Gibson award from
the Columbia Society Of Real Estate Appraisers for scholastic
achievement. He is licensed by the State of New Jersey,
Board of Real Estate Appraisers as a certified residential real
estate appraiser. He is a senior, designated member of
the Columbia Society Of Real Estate Appraisers. Mr. Bottone
is on the approved list of appraisers for the United States
Bankruptcy Court and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
He has been qualified as an expert witness in legal proceedings
within the State of New Jersey.

We offer objective
advice in situations involving investments, bankruptcy, surplus,
distressed or foreclosed properties. Our analysis determines
the quality and necessity of the assets which assists our clients
in preparation of a buy, sell, consolidate or liquidation decision.
Our services also include guidance on asset utilization, pricing,
inventory control and in other situations involving highly individualized
problems. We can also be retained to negotiate a private
sale or for the purchase of an individual asset, entire plant,
facility, inventory, residence, or property.

Compensation
|
|
We can be retained
on a percentage of gross proceeds for services involving auctions
or liquidation or on a retainer, fixed fee, hourly basis or
a combination thereof for valuation services. Fees are
based upon the nature and urgency of the assignment, professional
skills required, time expended and personnel utilized.
