Robert S. Bottone
has been an auctioneer and an appraiser since 1975
conducting numerous auctions, liquidation's and
appraisals of real and personal property. He is on
the approved list of auctioneers and appraisers for
the United States Bankruptcy Court District of New
Jersey, the United States Small Business
Administration and the Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation. Mr. Bottone is bonded as an auctioneer
to the City of New York and numerous municipalities
in New Jersey. He is licensed in North Carolina as
an Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker, in New Jersey
as a Real Estate sales agent and in New York City as
an Auctioneer. Mr. Bottone is a senior, designated
member of the Columbia Society Of Real Estate
Appraisers. He has been qualified as an expert
witness in legal proceedings within the State of New
Jersey. Mr. Bottone is a past instructor at the
Ocean County College, past Vice President of the
Shore Professional Business Association, a past
President, Vice President and Director of the New
Jersey State Society of Auctioneers. He is a
recipient of NJSSA’s most prestigious award,
Auctioneer Of The Year and has received numerous
advertising awards. Mr. Bottone is a graduate of the
Reppert School of Auctioneering, is a participating
member of the National Auctioneers Association and
the National Association of Realtors®.

Robert F. McCook, Jr.,
has been an auctioneer and appraiser since 1985. He
has conducted numerous estate, vehicle, real and
personal property auctions. He is a leader in
wholesale and retail sales specializing in marketing
and business management since 1973. He is a licensed
New Jersey real estate sales agent, a past Director
and Vice President of the New Jersey State Society
of Auctioneers. He is a current participating member
of the National Auctioneers Association, the New
York State Auctioneers Association, the New Jersey
State Society of Auctioneers, the National
Association of Realtors®, New Jersey Association of
Realtors®, Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex Counties
Association of Realtors®. Mr. McCook is a New Jersey
State Society of Auctioneers Bid Calling Champion,
the recipient of their most prestigious award,
Auctioneer Of The Year, and the recipient of
numerous advertising awards. Mr. McCook is also an
automotive fleet consultant and auction agent with
all major automotive auctions in the United
States. He is a graduate of the Mendenhall School of
Auctioneering and the Delaware Valley School of Real

the preparation of narrative appraisals on commercial, industrial
and personal properties, including, but not limited to, manufactures,
restaurants, offices, hospitals, dealerships, wholesale and
retail establishments, plenary retail consumption licenses,
vehicles, antiques, collectible and memorabilia. Our detailed
evaluation reports are prepared for all purposes including mortgage
financing, bankruptcies, condemnations and legal proceedings. Services include court testimony and appearances before other
governmental agencies and public forums, if necessary. |

Counseling: We offer objective
advice in situations involving investments, bankruptcy, surplus,
distressed or foreclosed properties. Our analysis determines
the quality and necessity of the assets which assists our clients
in preparation of a buy, sell, consolidate or liquidation decision.
Our services also include guidance on asset utilization, pricing,
inventory control and in other situations involving highly individualized
problems. We can also be retained to negotiate a private

Compensation: We can be retained
on a percentage of gross proceeds for services involving auctions
or liquidation or on a retainer, fixed fee, hourly basis or
a combination thereof for valuation services. Fees are
based upon the nature and urgency of the assignment, professional
skills required, time expended and personnel utilized. |
