Robert S.
Bottone has been an auctioneer and appraiser
since 1975 and has conducted numerous auctions and liquidation's
of real estate, machinery, equipment, commodities, inventories, restaurants, hospitals, vehicles, automotive dealerships, wholesale, retail and department stores, manufacturers,
personal and real property on behalf of his clients.
He is on the approved list of auctioneers for the United
States Bankruptcy Court, the Small Business Administration and the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Mr. Bottone is bonded as an auctioneer in fiscal matters
for the United States Small Business Administration
(SBA), to the City of New York, numerous
individual municipalities and in Bankruptcy proceedings.
He is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate sales agent,
a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, a past instructor at Ocean County College,
past Vice President
of the Shore Professional Business Association, a past
President, Vice President and Director of the New Jersey
State Society of Auctioneers (NJSSA). Mr. Bottone
was a recipient of NJSSA’s most prestigious award, Auctioneer
Of The Year and has received numerous awards for Advertising
Excellence, Best Website and Best Auction Catalogs.
Mr. Bottone is participating member of the National
Auctioneers Association, the New Jersey State Society
of Auctioneers, National Association of Realtors®, New
Jersey Association of Realtors®, Monmouth, Ocean and
Middlesex Counties Association of Realtors®.

Robert F.
McCook, Jr., has been an auctioneer and appraiser
since 1985 conducting an innumerable amount of
real and personal property, estate and vehicle auctions.
He is a leader in wholesale/retail sales and specialized
in marketing and business management since 1973.
He is a licensed New Jersey real estate sales agent,
an instructor at Ocean County College, past Director
and Vice President of the New Jersey State Society of
Auctioneers, a participating member of the National
Auctioneers Association, the New York State Auctioneers
Association, the New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers,
National Association of Realtors®, New Jersey Association
of Realtors®, Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex Counties
Association of Realtors®. Mr. McCook is a recent
New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers Bid Calling
Champion, the recipient of their most prestigious award,
Auctioneer Of The Year, and the recipient of several
NJSSA Advertising Excellence Awards. Mr. McCook
is also an automotive fleet consultant and auction agent
with all major automotive auctions in the United States.
He is a graduate of the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering
and the Delaware Valley School of Real Estate.
