Robert S. Bottone
has been an auctioneer and an appraiser since 1975
conducting numerous auctions, liquidation's and
appraisals of real and personal property. He is on the
approved list of auctioneers and appraisers for the
United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey,
the United States Small Business Administration and the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Mr. Bottone is
bonded as an auctioneer to the City of New York and
numerous municipalities in New Jersey. He is licensed in
North Carolina as an Auctioneer, Real Estate Broker and
Insurance Producer, in New Jersey as a Real Estate sales
agent and in New York City as an
Auctioneer. Mr. Bottone is a |

senior, designated member of the Columbia
Society Of Real Estate Appraisers. He has been qualified
as an expert witness in legal proceedings within the
State of New Jersey. Mr. Bottone is a past instructor at
the Ocean County College, past Vice President of the
Shore Professional Business Association, a past
President, Vice President and Director of the New Jersey
State Society of Auctioneers. He is a recipient of
NJSSA’s most prestigious award, Auctioneer Of The Year
and has received numerous advertising awards. Mr.
Bottone is a graduate of the Reppert School of
Auctioneering, is a participating member of the National
Auctioneers Association and the National Association of

Robert F. McCook,
Jr.,
has been an auctioneer and appraiser since 1985
conducting an innumerable amount of real and personal
property, estate and vehicle auctions. He is a leader
in wholesale/retail sales and specialized in marketing
and business management since 1973. He is a licensed
New Jersey real estate sales agent, a past instructor at
Ocean County College, past Director and Vice President
of the New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers, a

consultant and auction agent with all major automotive
auctions in the United States. He is a graduate of the
Mendenhall School of Auctioneering and the Delaware
